The Team
Hannah Bodner
For Hannah Bodner, fitness isn’t just about exercise—it’s medicine. As a licensed physical therapist, she saw firsthand how movement could transform lives, not just in recovery but in prevention. That’s why she set out to bridge the gap between rehab and proactive wellness, helping people stay strong, active, and pain-free before injuries ever happen.
Her approach? Evidence-based, individualized, and built for longevity. Whether she’s working with active adults dealing with pain, guiding beginners into fitness, or crafting safe exercise programs for those with complex health histories, Hannah ensures that every client moves better, feels better, and builds a foundation for lifelong health.
Before becoming a movement expert, she was an athlete—an All-New England soccer standout, a Division II college player, and, most recently, a 2024 Ohio 70.3 Ironman finisher. So, when she tells you to have fun and stay consistent, you know she practices what she preaches.
Outside the gym, she’s exploring Cleveland’s food scene, soaking up sunsets at Edgewater, cheering on the Cavs and Guardians, or out on a walk with her dogs—and yes, even her leash-trained cat. Oh, and here’s a fun twist: she figure skated for 11 years.
If you're ready to move better, feel stronger, and build a body that lasts, Hannah’s got the expertise to get you there.
Tony Collette
From high school athlete to Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Tony Collette knows firsthand the power of training. His own transformation—gaining strength, speed, and confidence through a structured program—set him on a path to help others do the same. Now, whether he's coaching athletes or guiding everyday clients toward their fitness goals, Tony thrives on watching people accomplish what they once thought impossible.
His philosophy? Master the basics, build strength, and push limits. Squats, presses, pulls—nail those fundamentals, and the rest follows. With progressive overload, he helps clients unlock new levels of power and performance.
A two-time letter earner for Ohio University football, a high school hall-of-famer, and even a state champion sprinter, Tony knows competition—and he knows patience. His #1 piece of advice? Be consistent. Success in fitness isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
Outside the gym, you'll find him coaching youth sports, perfecting his archery skills, or cheering on his favorite college football teams.
Want to get stronger, move better, and challenge yourself? Tony’s your guy.
Scott Maruna
Scott Maruna’s passion for fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or hitting aesthetic goals—it’s about transformation. Having experienced firsthand the mental and physical power of exercise, he made it his mission to help others unlock their full potential. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, recovering from an injury, or pushing through a plateau, Scott’s holistic approach to fitness ensures you’re not just working out—you’re building a lifestyle.
His philosophy? Consistency beats perfection. You don’t have to give 100% every single day—what matters is showing up, putting in the effort, and letting those small victories stack up. His expertise spans beginners, busy professionals, athletes, and those managing chronic pain, all with one common goal: progress that lasts.
Certified through NCSF and trained in PNF stretching, Scott knows how to optimize movement for strength, recovery, and performance. When he’s not in the gym coaching clients, you’ll find him tearing up mountain bike trails, perfecting his golf swing, or hitting the slopes in the winter.
Oh, and fun fact? In 36 years, he’s never been stung by a bee or wasp. (Some might call that luck—Scott calls it a record worth keeping.)
If you're ready to build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle, Scott’s ready to help you get there.
Paul Maynard
Paul Maynard isn’t your average personal trainer—he’s your partner in transformation. With over 15 years in the fitness industry and a never-ending thirst for growth, Paul brings a holistic, science-backed approach to health, performance, and well-being.
His journey into fitness started like many others—as a teenager trying to get stronger for sports. But what began as a simple training routine turned into a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and, ultimately, helping others unlock their full potential. While earning his Master’s in Positive Change, Paul discovered the Intentional Change Theory, which gave deeper meaning to his work—helping people create sustainable transformations that go beyond just lifting weights and into every aspect of life.
Paul takes a holistic approach where he trains for life, not just the gym. He recognizes that physical, mental, nutritional, and lifestyle wellness form the foundation of our lives, supporting us for longevity, success, and fulfillment. His goal? Help clients restore that balance so they can move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy and confidence.
Paul’s expertise isn’t just theoretical—it’s built on experience. With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Paul brings certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, American Council of Exercise, Muscle Activation Techniques, and EXOS and (NASM, CSCS, ISSA, ACE, EXOS, and Muscle Activation Techniques) and degrees from Ohio University and Case Western Reserve University. He most recently tested his own mental and physical limits in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he earned the Navy Club’s Physical Fitness Award.
Paul understands firsthand that pushing boundaries—physically, mentally, and emotionally—leads to lasting change. And if there’s one thing he preaches, it’s consistency—because good habits build the foundation for lifelong success.
Outside the gym, Paul is all about family, adventure, and a little bit of Cleveland sports heartbreak. Whether he’s paddleboarding, hiking, or playing baseball, he’s always on the move. But his proudest title yet? Dad. With an 18-month-old daughter keeping him on his toes and his loyal dog by his side (who even joins him at work), Paul is fully embracing the chaos, joy, and learning curve of fatherhood.
If you’re looking for a trainer who’s dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success, Paul’s your guy. He’s here to help you build strength, create balance, and transform your life—one consistent step at a time.
